All purchases on EverPage.life are for digital content (hosted software access to a memorial page and QR files). No physical goods are delivered.

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, write to support@everpage.life within 30 days of payment. We will refund the original charge for that memorial page and unpublish the page.

After 30 days refunds are considered only if the page could not be delivered for a technical reason on our side. Chargebacks should be a last resort — contact support first so we can help.

Complimentary or tester checkouts have no charge and therefore no refund. Refunds are processed through the original payment provider (Paddle, once connected).
